SUMTER COUNTY, S.C. — Sumter County authorities have identified a man who was shot and killed on Saturday afternoon.
The Sumter County Coroner's Office said 36-year-old Dominique Edwards died around 1:15 p.m. at the scene of the shooting, which was in the 300 block of Enter Street off Mooneyham Road south of Sumter.
No details regarding the motive or possible suspects in the shooting are currently available. The Sumter County Sheriff's Office said it is still investigating, and more information would be provided when it becomes available.
